I am an assistant professor in the School of Economics and Finance at the University of Hong Kong.

My research areas are empirical industrial organization, econometrics and applied microeconomics. The focus of my current research is on the methodological aspect of structural analysis on auction models. I did my PhD study in the Department of Economics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. The title of my PhD dissertation is " Endogenous Entry in First-Price Auctions ". 

At HKU, I teach Microeconomic Analysis for Master class and Intermediate Microeconomics. Over the years at UBC, I have involved in teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in econometrics, mathematical economics, intermediate microeconomics, game theory, industrial organization, and information economics.
